Specialized course “Capital-Market Signals: ESG Ratings, Stewardship, and Sustainability Strategy

Sustainability has a significant influence on how companies are perceived, evaluated, and managed. The specialist course “Capital-Market Signals” offered by the Institute of Financial Services Zug IFZ at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts – Business, in collaboration with SIX Swiss Exchange, provides three compact modules covering the key perspectives of ESG rating providers, investors, and IR departments to show how ESG ratings and indices are constructed, how investors use stewardship and engagement to drive change, and how corporate investor relations and sustainability teams manage expectations in practice. By connecting third-party assessments, investor dialogue, and corporate communication, the course equips participants with a holistic understanding of sustainability in today’s investment landscape.
