For the fifth time, tfz (Technologie Forum Zug) and tfz technology partner CSEM invited guests to Cham for an inspiring start to the year: 2024 kicked off with an exciting innovation stage for innovation-oriented, established companies.

Specially selected start-ups from all over Switzerland presented their inspiring solutions from and for a wide range of industries. This year's participants were:

AICA SA, CEO Baptiste Busch; Bota Systems AG, CEO Klajd Lika; Cybetika AG, CEO Jacqueline Fendt; DemoSquare, CEO Victor Kristof; Nanoflex Robotics, CTO Dr. Christophe Chautems; Recolony AG, Co-Founder Philipp Busenhart; Topadur Pharma AG, CEO Pascal Brenneisen; Unlimital AG, CEO Jonas Hirzel.

Georges Helfenstein, President of the municipality of Cham, which co-sponsors this event, once again welcomed the innovative start-ups and guests to the Lorzensaal.

This year's "Insider Talk" was dedicated to successful collaboration between start-ups and established companies. Exciting practical examples were presented by the start-up Acodis AG (Martin Keller, CEO) and by the established companies Thomson Reuters (David von Rickenbach, Director TR Labs) and Dätwyler AG (Frank Schön, CTO).

In the second part of the event, the participants from the audience and the start-ups were able to discuss opportunities for collaboration in scheduled "Collaboration Talks". The match was crucial for the discussions: specific needs of the start-ups on the one hand and suitable expertise and network on the part of established companies on the other. The Lorzensaal in Cham was once again transformed into a busy meeting marathon. It was also possible to make new contacts through chance encounters outside of the collaboration talks.

Collaboration between start-ups and established companies: According to studies, most companies in Europe rate this as strategically important to crucial for innovation. tfz and its technology partner CSEM once again provided an exciting marketplace for collaboration this year.
