A breath of fresh air on the tfz Executive Committee

Two new faces, two strong profiles

At the 24th Annual General Meeting of the tfz, the course was set for the coming year. In addition to the statutory items, which were all approved by the members, there is some personnel news that we are delighted to share: the tfz Executive Committee is set to welcome new members.

Welcome, Beat Vanza and Thomas Meier

Beat Vanza is Head of Finance and Site Manager at Siemens Smart Infrastructure in Zug, where he is responsible for a site with around 1,800 employees across production, R&D and support functions. With over 30 years’ leadership experience in global and local business, he brings in-depth expertise in developing innovative business models, providing financial support to start-ups and business incubators, and in software strategy. This is precisely the kind of experience that will benefit the tfz network.
Thomas Meier is co-founder and CEO of InfoGuard AG, one of the leading cybersecurity companies in the German-speaking world. Since its foundation in 2002, he has built the company into an organisation with over 350 specialists and a turnover of over 100 million Swiss francs. His combination of entrepreneurial thinking and technical depth is a real asset to the Board.

A heartfelt thank you to two longtime companions

At the same time, we bid farewell to two members of the Executive Board who have helped shape the tfz over the years: Ricco Jäggi (Siemens Switzerland AG) and Peter Kammüller (Bossard AG). Their commitment, experience and dedication to the network have strengthened the tfz for the long term. For this, we offer our heartfelt thanks.
