20 years of the Zuger JungUnternehmerpreis - a success story with a future
Innovation and entrepreneurial spirit are essential for a dynamic economy. In Zug, we experience this in a particularly impressive way - not least through the numerous young entrepreneurs who are shaping new markets with their ideas and passion. The Zug Young Entrepreneur Award, which is celebrating its 20th edition this year, recognises precisely this pioneering spirit - an impressive figure that shows how important and established this format has become.
Since the first award ceremony, over 60 young companies from a wide range of sectors have been honoured. Many of them have since successfully established themselves on the market, created new jobs and further strengthened Zug as a centre of innovation.
Entrepreneurship in transition - utilising opportunities
We live in a time in which companies must constantly adapt to new challenges - be it technological disruption, changing market conditions or social transformations. Young companies have the advantage of being flexible and innovative. But they also need support - be it through mentoring, capital or a strong network.
At tfz, we see it as our responsibility to offer precisely this support. We accompany companies through phases of change and ensure that change leads to growth. It is precisely the ideas of young entrepreneurs that bring fresh impetus to our economy and make new business models possible.
A strong network for sustainable success
The Zug Young Entrepreneur Award shows how valuable a strong, local ecosystem is for start-ups and young companies. Successful entrepreneurship is not only based on innovative ideas, but also on access to experience, capital and partnership-based exchange. This is where we at tfz come in - as a network, as a sponsor, as a sparring partner.
